Where these numbers come from
Registrations and conversation requests are the forms on shorfall.com. Downloads are recorded by the release feed, which is keyed to each registration's licence, so every installer, template and package download is attributed to an organisation. Visits are the website's web server log, read from our Log Analytics workspace and kept 30 days. No installation reports anything: the software makes no call home.
